We all explore and try new recipes occasionally, but as habitual creatures we have our basic favorites. I've collected my favorites to share that I have found not only meet my nutritional needs, they are not elaborate and over-expensive. Click the links to the left for the different subjects.

One of the most challenging parts of creating a meal plan is recipes that use similar ingredients (so there is no waste), utilize proper food combination, using what is in season AND satisfying your palette. Soon I will post a monthly meal plan as an example for a family of two or four. It focuses on leftovers and shopping once a week.
