 If you are either of these two, this site is for you. You have made the first step in a healthier, happier you just by asking, “Is there anything I can do to change?” Becoming healthy isn’t about a new diet fad or a popular workout regimen, or even a pioneering weight loss drug. We are a creature of habit; it’s changing our habits that change our health and eventually our lives. The only way to eradicate a bad habit is to replace it with a good one. So let’s start at the root of the problem- our food intake. We aren’t just destroying our planets ecology, we are destroying our inner ecology as well.
 
There is a lot of information available today and sorting through it can be time consuming and confusing. I have been studying food, the body and exercise for ten years and I want to share what I have discovered in a simple and useful way. Each page is basic information with links in case you want to learn more. This website synthesizes many sources and points of view. I’ve learned over the years that you don’t hear the truth, or see the truth- you feel the truth. I hope to give you a broad spectrum of food and health ranging from information that is 3,000 years old to recent discoveries. This website is to provide you with information and let you make an informed choice on how you wish to live and feel. You are the primary force in directing your life’s path. This is not a “one size fits all” website- everyone is different and worthwhile change takes research and time.
 
I think it is safe to say that we all want to feel good! MY MISSION- is to play a role in making YOU HEALTHY AND HAPPY, and through this process create a ripple effect that changes our world.
 
Not all the information provided will resonate with you and may completely go against what you have been taught. Explore with an open mind, and do not take my word for anything- discover what does work for you. What works for someone else may not fit what you need- but one thing you can take my word for- is when you find what works for you, life is unbelievably fantastic. It took you years to get to where you are. Let your body take the time needed to regain optimum health. Natural products often take longer than chemical drugs to have the desired effect -but they are most often the better and more permanent way to healing.
